- **Services Description:** Gear For Teams provides an online platform where users can request custom athletic gear, and manufacturers can bid on these requests. Users who request gear are "Shoppers," and users who bid on these requests are "Manufacturers." Our service includes features to assist with pricing, listing, and shipping, but we do not directly buy or sell items.

- **Third Party Services:** You may be able to register for our service using third-party services (e.g., Facebook Connect) and integrate various third-party services into your Gear For Teams experience. By enabling these services, you allow us to access and use your information from these services as per our Privacy Policy.

- **Your Registration Obligations:** You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during registration and to keep this information updated. The service is only available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

- **Member Account, Password, and Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

- **Payments:** Shoppers must pay the agreed-upon price for items, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Manufacturers are responsible for paying Gear For Teams' commission and any taxes associated with their sales.

- **Service Content and Trademarks:** The content on our service, including trademarks, logos, and service marks, is the property of Gear For Teams or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

- **User Content:** You grant Gear For Teams a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display the content you post on our service.

- **Arbitration:** Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

- **Governing Law:** This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
